***REFUND/CREDIT POLICY FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENT***. Since this is a special spectator event for NASA Mid-Atlantic and all race classes will fill, the refund/credit policy for Hyperfest '08 RACE GROUPS is as follows: If a racer is preregistered for this event but cannot attend, he must notify the registrar by 7 days prior to the event in order to get a full credit or refund subtract a $30 cancellation fee. Any racer cancellation after 7 days prior to the event would be permitted a full future credit if we are able to fill your spot from the wait list.

HPDE groups: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, otherwise no refunds or credits. No exceptions.

HELMET RENTALS
OG Racing, NASA Mid Atlantic’s Official Safety Equipment Supplier offers rental helmets for NASA members. For those of you that are just starting out and don’t yet have one, please contact OG Racing by calling 1.800.934.9112 or going to their website at www.ogracing.com - they can have one sent to you for your next event.
