Gate Policy:
Gates close at 10PM on Friday and Saturday nights. If you must arrive after 10PM and before 6:30AM, DO NOT HONK YOUR HORN. Please flash your lights and/or get out of your car and go to the gate attendant to let him know to open the gates. This also applies if you must leave the track during the overnight hours. CMP has received complaints from their neighbors and if they receive more complaints after this event, we will not be able to permit overnight gate arrivals in the future. The complaints they have received have been due to speeding and inappropriate behavior on the main highway and in Kershaw. NASA strives to be a good neighbor, and it is our expectation that our members strive for the same.

Hotel Information:
Executive Inn: This hotel is a budget, no frills hotel that is very convenient and close to the track. It is about 4-5 miles north of the track in Kershaw, SC - (803) 475-7575
Mention NASA for a special rate.

Jameson Inn: (North of track in Lancaster, SC)
$63.99 and mention NASA. Must call by 4-15 when rooms are released.

Tire service will be provided by Phil's Tire Service - please see event schedule for service times. Give them a call at 845-429-8943 for all your tire needs.

Cancellation Policy:
HPDE/School/Open Track: Full refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice, otherwise no refunds or credits. NO exceptions.

Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 5 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events.
