For Regular Events: Feb/Mar/Jul/Oct @ VIR & Apr/Aug @ Summit-

Racers, Test and Tune entrants, Time Trial drivers: If one cancels more than 7 days prior to the start of the event one may choose between a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee or a 100% credit for a future event within one year. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days from the start of the event there will be no refund, however a 100% credit will be issued back to the driver in the form of two coupon codes that may be used during the registration process for one year. These codes can only be use at NASA Mid Atlantic events. Driver does not have to be present at the track in order to receive a credit. Otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on course all fees are non refundable. No exceptions. Please give notice to Laura Cobetto laura@nasaracing.net 804-883-7887.

HPDE, Open Practice, Competition School, Hyperdrive, Instructor Clinic participants: If one cancels more than 7 days prior to the start of the event one may choose between a 100% refund less a $30 cancellation fee or a 100% credit for a future event within one year. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days from the start of the event there will be no refund. Any exception to this rule is at the discretion of the event organizers and will ONLY be in the Standby Credit format. A Standby Credit can only be used three days prior to the start of the event and only if the group for which the holder is wishing to attend has an open slot as of 5pm on the Wednesday preceding the event weekend. Standby Credits will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and are valid for one year. Otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on course all fees are non refundable. For Special Event: June HYPERFEST @ Summit-

The refund/credit policy for all entrants (Racers, HPDE, Time Trials) is as follows: In order for an entrant to receive a full credit OR a refund subtract the $30 cancellation fee, we must receive a notice of cancellation by ten days prior to the event. The event begins at 6PM on Friday June 15 which means 6PM Tuesday June 5 is exactly ten days prior. All cancellations must be received by that time and date. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable. No exceptions. Please give notice to Laura Cobetto laura@nasaracing.net 804-883-7887.

For Special Event: November Fall Finale @ Summit-

Policy for HPDE groups, Time Trial, OG Racing Hyperdrives: Full credit (valid for 365 days) or refund less $30.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week cancellation notice prior to the event (Friday at midnight), otherwise no refunds or credits. Once the car goes on track all fees are non refundable. No exceptions. Please give notice to Jon Felton jfelton@drivenasa.com.

For Autocrosses & Accident Avoidance Schools-
Your choice of a 90% entry fee refund or a 100% credit toward a later event shall be issued only if you notify Jon Felton (jfelton@drivenasa.com) in writing by 6:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the event. Refunds or credits shall not be issued after that deadline, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge.

For Circuitcrosses-
Full credits for later similar events (or refunds minus a $30.00 processing fee and minus the $10.00 temporary membership fee if applicable) will only be issued for cancellations submitted to Jon Felton (jfelton@drivenasa.com) in writing one week prior to the start of the event (i.e. 7am the prior Sunday.) Refunds or credits shall not be issued after that deadline, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge.

For Kart Enduros-
Refunds or credits for later events shall not be issued at any time unless the event is officially cancelled or postponed, but substitutions are allowed at no additional charge, please contact Jon Felton, (jfelton@drivenasa.com). Kart Enduro entries for a cancelled event are applied to the next Kart Enduro scheduled at that venue.
